Why? So that on a grander scale, we can collaborate effectively toward a sustainable and fulfilling world. Starting with business, where many of us spend most of our waking life and where much of the worlds power lies. I've seen very few teams who work brilliantly together, those who do achieve the unexpected and have very satisfied individuals that identify strongly with their team. I believe my skills, experience and perspective are ideal for helping teams ROCK! How? We all play our own role in changing our world by what we do. When it comes to work, I envision my role creating healthy corporate culture, staff development through empowered leadership. I've got my own ABC's for this, yes, with a double A for AUDACIOUS! A - Assess current workplace culture, how conducive is it to effective collaboration and achieving outcomes? A - Address conflict that has become toxic and systemic problems that frustrate, waste time & effort, not to mention money! B - Build trust, commitment, accountability for high performance teams and companies. C - Cultivate a culture that empowers leadership at all levels, where people treat each other as well as they treat customers, clients & stake-holders and collective achievement is prized. If this is already in place, I'm not needed. With my skills as a facilitator, coach and project manager I'm confident that I can bring any willing organisation to a high level of authentic collaboration and increased effectiveness. It's no secret that my approach is considered unconventional, it's what makes sense to me, based on my experience and view of the world.
